All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days from Sydney, Australia. During our peak months or sale periods please allow a few extra days.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post or courier service depending on a combination of customer preference selection at check out and shipping provider's network coverage. Both options include tracking. Tracking details are sent to the customer once the order has been shipped.
Shipping rates are quoted at check out and subject to change depending on provider costs and promotional offers.
We offer free shipping with orders over $100 and a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For all international shipping please check your country customs tax laws before purchasing as you may be subjected to paying additional fees from your government tax department. Customers are responsible for paying taxes to your government.

**Any import costs to international countries are the responsibility of the customer and not Mumma's Little Helpers. International customers that do not collect their parcels will be refunded once the parcel is returned. Lost in transits parcels in this process will not be refunded.
