Returns Policy

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at  admin@mummaslittlehelpers.com.au.


Faulty Items

We manufacture our products to the highest standard. 

If, in the unlikely event, you have a problem with your product please contact us within 14 days after receiving and we will repair, replace or refund your product at our discretion. The product maybe required to be retuned in order for a proper assessment of the fault. 

Warranty is valid for 30 days from purchase. Please note that wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost in transits or missing parcels will not be refunded. It is recommend to select shipping services  that provides insurance or postage tracking
